Sydney Pollack has been perhaps one of my favourite filmmakers and actors since I was a teenager. He imbued everything he did with his own sensibilities and I always respected his gently no-nonsense approach to his actors.Here's a peek inside this wholey human, incredibly poignant master of capturing the human instinct to be recognized.
