The basic lesson here: the more meat you eat (no pun), the higher your chances for various types of cancer, especially colon cancer.
It's not hard to not eat meat.

I wonder if it is the growth hormones, or one of the other really gross things about meat?
If the meat doesn't get you, the toxins from plastics surely will. Chow down!
And nitrates! That's a big one... For one, they age you, which may sound superficial until you consider that they age all of you.
